The room has a cozy charm due to the fireplace that is ascetically pleasing whi watching tv on the 65" ROKU tv. This area is a perfect area for kids to hang out as there are air hockey and foosbol tables

KITCHEN

The large kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and plenty of space to prepare your meals while enjoying a view of the outside entertainment area. It is fully equipped with all new appliances, pots & pans and many additional countertop appliances and kitchen essentials. In addition, there is a coffee bar that provides you with tons of options for your morning pick me up
